Wahoos Return Home for Five with Montgomery

The Blue Wahoos return for their second to last regular season homestand with an action packed Family Sunday. The first 2,000 fans will receive a team photo of the Blue Wahoos courtesy of Dlux Printing, a perfect giveaway for the full team autograph session taking place before the game. Also prior to the game, different fitness and health stations will be set up for kids in front of the stadium.

The team will host a postgame Teddy Bear Toss to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Fans are asked to bring a teddy bear to the game to toss on the field into the back of a Dodge Ram pick-up truck from Hill-Kelly Dodge. And like every Family Sunday, following the game kids can run the bases and families can play catch in the outfield grass in the Family Toss presented by McDonalds.

This game will be televised live on WFXG My 35.

Monday, August 20, 2012 - Blue Wahoos vs. Montgomery Biscuits, 7:00 p.m.

Monday is the final Bark in the Park of the season. Fans may bring their dogs to the park with a $1 donation to the Jr. Humane Society. All dogs must be seated on the Hill-Kelly Hill at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium. Also on Social Media Monday fans are encouraged to 'Tweet Your Seat' for a chance to win a prize. Select Tweets to @bluewahoosBBall will be displayed on the video board throughout the game.

Tuesday, August 21, 2012 - Blue Wahoos vs. Montgomery Biscuits, 7:00 p.m.

On Team Tuesday select Blue Wahoos players will be signing autographs for fans behind home plate prior to the game.

Wednesday, August 22, 2012 - Blue Wahoos vs. Montgomery Biscuits, 7:00 p.m.

Football is "What's Happening" this Wednesday.In preparation for the upcoming high school, college and NFL football seasons, the Wahoos will bring all the fun of the gridiron to the diamond. To join in the fun fans are encouraged to wear their favorite team's colors.

Thursday, August 23, 2012 - Blue Wahoos vs. Montgomery Biscuits, 7:00 p.m.

Ono? Oh yes! It's Thirsty Thursday with all night beer and soda specials beginning when gates open at 5:30 p.m. Select beers are $2 and canned sodas are $1, presented by Wells Fargo.

The homestand finale highlights the "art of manliness" with a Salute to Men. The Blue Wahoos will attempt to break a Guinness World Record for the most people in one place wearing fake beards among other manly themed activities. The beards will be provided during the 7th inning stretch.
