NEW ORLEANS (April 17, 2012) - On Tuesday afternoon, New Orleans VooDoo players Joe Alajajian and Greg Ellingson visited Tulane Hospital for Children, spending some time with several young patients and signing footballs.

The players brought smiles to six children's faces, stopping by to play video games, talk football, take pictures, and even sign footballs for all of the young patients. The small, foam New Orleans VooDoo footballs were compliments of www.voodoostuff.com.

The six patients that the VooDoo players saw today were Kayla, Joseph, Taigen, Christian, Syai, Trayvon. All of them received a signed football.

"We always have such a great time visiting the kids," said Ellingson. "I was hoping to see my friend Cale. I look forward to seeing him next time."

Cale, who Ellingson and Alajajian met last time they visited Tulane Hospital for Children, was receiving treatments and unavailable, but the two VooDoo players signed a ball for him and gave it to his parents.

This visit is one of 24 hospital visits that the VooDoo Dolls and players will take part in this season, splitting time between Tulane and Children's Hospital.
