New Orleans VooDoo News Release
NEW ORLEANS (April 3, 2012) - On Tuesday afternoon, New Orleans VooDoo Dolls Ayesha, Brittney H., and Gia visited Tulane Hospital for Children, brightening the spirits of five young patients.
The Dolls brought smiles to many of the children's faces, stopping by to talk about sports, cheerleading, and dancing. The Dolls visited with Bryce, Jorden, Keyanna, Sara, and Sherman.
The most talkative of the children was Sara, 5, who told the Dolls about how much she loved Rapunzel, her toy doll and phone. Sara was also excited about the Easter Bunny coming to bring her candy in the hospital, and the Dolls assured Sara that the Easter Bunny would be able to find her anywhere.
This visit is one of 24 hospital visits that the VooDoo Dolls and players will take part in this season, splitting time between Tulane and Children's Hospital.
