Vixen Tryouts Set for Weekend

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC â The Charleston Swamp Foxes' Vixens Dance Team today announced the tryout dates for the 2003 season. The two-day event will start on February 8 and conclude on February 9.
Tryouts will occur the following weekend, Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9 at 2:00 pm at Lifequest Health & Wellness Center on Folly Road in West Ashley. Those trying out are suggested to arrive at least half an hour prior to the start of the tryout.
The Vixens are an integral part of the Swamp Foxes' Arena Football experience. The team performs at every home game and makes numerous appearances around the Lowcountry. They are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals who are able to learn choreography quickly, love to perform, and like to work as a team. Outgoing personalities are a must.
Those wishing to tryout for the Vixens must be at least 18 years old by the first Swamp Foxes' home game on April 26, 2003 to audition. Applicants must have prior dance or cheerleading experience and be available to attend at least two team practices per week, all home games, and any promotional/charity appearances.
Those trying out must bring dance shoes/sneakers and dance or fitness attire. Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions. Applicants must be prepared to learn two short dance routines and will be judged on ability.
