Victoria Seals News Release

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Seals have announced that tonight's game, a scheduled 7:05 p.m. (PT) start time against the Calgary Vipers, has been postponed. A significant portion of the Vipers team has fallen ill due to suspected food poisoning, and the club has officially requested to postpone the contest until tomorrow afternoon.

As part of the re-scheduled series, games one and two will be played as a seven-inning double header beginning at 6:05 p.m. (PT) Tuesday evening. The second contest will immediately follow the game two of the series, ahead of Wednesday's game three at the regular 7:05 p.m. (PT) start time.

Tickets for tonight's game will be redeemable for any regular season game in 2010, including tomorrow's rescheduled matches. Please present your original ticket at the Select Your Tickets box office, or at the ticket windows at Royal Athletic Park to receive a ticket for the game of your choice.

Those who have already purchased tickets for tomorrow night's game two of the series also have the opportunity to arrive early and catch both games of the Tuesday double header at no extra cost.

Single game and season tickets for the 2010 campaign are now on sale, available through the Victoria Seals office. Call (250) 220-7777 for more information, or to book your seat today!
