Returning home after a four-game stretch on the road, the Vibe defended their home court for the 8th time and defended their first-place ranking in the Pro Volleyball Federation.
The occupants of the top two spots in the league standings, Omaha and Atlanta battled in a four-set back-and-forth match on Saturday night. Atlanta once again exceeded their opponent's offensive efforts - hitting at a .280 efficiency compared to Omaha's .190 efficiency. Setter Marlie Monserez conducted the offense exquisitely, dishing out a team-season-high 56 assists to help Atlanta reach a season-high-tying 66 kills.

Five Vibe players tallied double-digit digs to reach 70 total. Jehláøová and Edmond led the team with three blocks each. Having 22 positive block touches, the Vibe were able to slow down their opponent's offense.
