
Valour FC Sign Canadian Defender Themi Antonoglou

WINNIPEG, MB. - Valour FC today announce that the club has signed Canadian defender Themi Antonoglou to a contract.
Antonoglou, 22, joins Valour FC from Toronto FC (MLS), where he made 28 appearances (15 on loan to the club's MLS Next Pro squad, Toronto FC II).
"Themi will bring undeniable quality to our squad," said Valour FC Head Coach & General Manager Phillip Dos Santos. "He's a player who acquired valuable experience in the past few years with TFC. I like his composure on the ball and ability to read situations well on the field."
The Toronto, Ontario native began his career in 2019 with Toronto FC II, four years after joining the Toronto FC Academy as a youth prospect. The defender has made 73 pro appearances, totalling 10 goals, nine assists and 4,756 minutes played.
