WINNIPEG, MB. - Valour FC today announce that the club has signed Canadian winger Stefan Cebara and Canadian winger Masta Kacher.

Cebara, 28, joins Valour FC after spending the 2018 season with Serbian club Vojvodina Novi Sad (Super liga Srbije) where he made six appearances, scoring one goal.

The winger began his youth career in 2009 with the Riverside Rebels in Windsor, ON before joining Serbian club FK Rad's under-19 squad that same season.

The following year, Cebara signed his first professional contract with Hungarian squad Zalaegerszegi TE (NB 1) where he spent one season before joining NK Celje (Slovenian Prva Liga) in Slovenia.

Internationally, Cebara made five appearances with the senior Canadian Men's National Team, making 10 appearances with the under-20 squad and 20 appearances with the under-18 team. In 35 national team appearances, Cebara scored 19 goals.

Kacher, 24, joins Valour FC after spending the 2019 season with Saint Louis FC (USL) where he made 16 appearances, scoring two goals.

The forward began his youth career with the Impact Academy in 2011, joining the club at its inception. In 2015, the forward moved to FC Montreal, the Montreal Impact's reserve club competing in the USL Championship.

In 2017, Kacher joined Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (USL), starting all 32 matches the club played that season, scoring seven goals and tallying seven assists in 2,711 minutes.
