Valor host Soul Thursday night in D.C.
The Valor are back in action Thursday, May 31, hosting the defending-champion Philadelphia Soul at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena. This will be the teams' first matchup since Week 2, a 67-51 Philadelphia win. The game will be broadcast live on Monumental Sports Network, AFL Now and Facebook Watch.

A week after becoming the 16th player in AFL history to top 10,000 career receiving yards, Gray surpassed 800 career receptions, a feat only 14 other AFL receivers have accomplished. Gray now sits at 803 career receptions, 30 short of Greg Hopkins on the all-time list.
Valor drop road matchup with Albany
The Valor were defeated, 48-21, by the Albany Empire Saturday night at Times Union Center. Empire quarterback Tommy Grady was named the game's Most Valuable Player for his six-touchdown performance. Valor wide receiver Reggie Gray caught eight passes for 48 yards and a touchdown and became the 15th player in AFL history to surpass 800 career receptions.
