Utah's Engelage Named Reebok Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Andrew Engelage of the Utah Grizzlies is the Reebok Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week for Oct. 24-30.
The 23-year-old was 3-0-0 with one shutout, a goals-against average of 1.00 and a save percentage of .959 in three appearances last week as Utah extended its winning streak to six games.
Engelage recorded his third career ECHL shutout with 32 saves in a 3-0 win at Las Vegas on Tuesday, made 15 saves in a 3-2 victory over Alaska on Friday and ended the week with 24 saves in a 2-1 win against the Aces on Saturday.
A native of Oshawa, Ontario, Engelage is 5-1-0 in six appearances for the Grizzlies this season. His five wins are tied for first in the ECHL, while he is third with 360 minutes and fourth with a 1.83 goals-against average.
Engelage has appeared in 57 ECHL games with Reading and Utah going 31-20-5 with three shutouts, a 2.91 goals-against average and a save percentage of .909. He has also appeared in 12 American Hockey League games with Toronto.
Runners Up: Jeff Jakaitis, Gwinnett (1-0-0, 0.00 GAA, 1.000 save pct.) and Philipp Grubauer, South Carolina (2-0-0, 2.00 GAA, .933 save pct.).
