Irina Falconi earned 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 win over Kara Zakapolova Monday to advance to the second round against 14th-seeded Dominika Cibulkova. CoCo Vandeweghe plays on Court 6 at 11 a.m. Marquee player James Blake is scheduled for the fourth match of the day at Louis Armstrong Stadium against Jesse Huta Galung. Blake is currently ranked No. 63 in the world, his highest ranking since March 5, 2010, when he climbed to No. 51.
