Quotes
"I have a lot of belief in our team as a whole and I'm going to do whatever I can to contribute. If that means contributing on the scoresheet that's what I'm going to try and do" - Tyler Maxwell how his return to the lineup helps the Thunder
"It was a good forecheck by our forwards and we were able to get the puck back to our blueline. When the shot came through we just wanted to get traffic in front and it found its way through" - Maxwell on Keith Seabrook's goal that he assisted on and started the game well
"We put in a lot of work in practice on how to box out in front of our net and try to lift sticks. I think the last couple nights we've done a really good job of getting rid of their guys in front and letting our goalie see the puck and make the save" - Austin Levi on his team's defensive effort in front of their own net
"I think we both play a hard game and we bumped heads a couple times throughout the weekend. When you play a team three times in a weekend it's bound to happen. I play hard-nosed game and my job is to get under guy's skin" - Lukas Sutter on his fight tonight and the style with which he plays
"It's always better to go into the break with a couple nice wins like this and Shane [Owen] was really good in net. We kind of rope-a-doped them in the end and it worked out in our favor" - Head Coach Rich Kromm on taking the last two games versus Idaho
"[Tyler] Maxwell was really good tonight. Not just offensively but defensively as well. He had some great back pressure and it helps a lot when our forwards are getting back and helping our defense" - Coach Kromm on Maxwell making an immediate impact during his first weekend back in the lineup since returning from the injured reserve list
"I thought our best game was last night, but tonight playing against a team that was down and looking for a win I thought we handled that really well" - Coach Kromm on his team's play all weekend long
