
Two New Faces join Outlaws when they return home on Thanksgiving

(Kansas City, MO --- November 24, 2004) â Kansas City Outlaws General Manager Joe Bucchino announced on Wednesday the Outlaws have signed left winger Scott Kirton (Ontario native) and defenseman Chad Moore (Minnesota native). The Outlaws return to Kemper Arena tomorrow after traveling 7008 miles in 35 days on a 15-game road trip that started on October 22 in Motor City and ends tonight in Rockford. Kirton and Moore are not active tonight and will be available beginning tomorrow vs. Kalamazoo Wings at 8:30 p.m.
Bucchino has also announced the following: Outlaws left winger / assistant coach Jason Ruff has been named Team Captain. Rob Schweyer, who has been battle numerous injuries, has been released of his contract after playing in only six of the Outlaws sixteen games.

The Kansas City Outlaws (www.kansascityoutlaws.com) officially joined the United Hockey League in July of 2004. Owner Stephen Franke of Chillicothe, MO brought the professional minor league expansion franchise to Kansas City, MO. The Outlaws home is Global Spectrum-managed Kemper Arena of the American Royal Complex. Global Spectrum serves as the marketing, promotional, and publicity arm of the Outlaws.
