Twelve More Assigned to Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI- Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced Saturday that the club has reassigned forwards Ramzi Abid, Shane Endicott, Patrick Leahy, Cal O'Reilly, Brandon Segal, Kim Staal and Daniel Widing, defensemen Sheldon Brookbank and Ville Koistinen and goaltenders Karl Goehring, Scott Reid and Pekka Rinne to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

All but Rinne are expected to be in Milwaukee when the Admirals open training camp on Monday, September 25th. Rinne recently had surgery to repair a seperated shoulder and is expected to miss the first few months of the season.

Segal, Brookbank and Rinne all spent the entire 2005-06 season with the Admirals, helping the team reach the Calder Cup Finals. O'Reilly was assigned to Milwaukee late in the year after finishing his season in juniors. Reid also played in two games for the Ads last season.

The Admirals open the regular season on the October 7th at 7:30 pm versus the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights.
