
Tulsa's Dylan Clarke Named Oakley CHL Player of the Week

GLENDALE, AZ (March 26, 2012) -The Central Hockey League announced today that Tulsa Oilers forward Dylan Clarke has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Player of the Week for the final week of the CHL's regular season (March 19-25).

The Belleville, Ontario native finished the season with goals in each of his last five games and entered last week with his team in must-win mode trying to catch the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees for the fourth and final playoff spot. During the week, Clarke finished with five goals and three assists in four games.
On Tuesday, Clarke has a goal and two third period assists in the Oiler's win over Laredo. Then over the weekend, the 6-1, 185-pound rookie scored the game winning goal and had an assist in Tulsa's win over Texas and then scored one goal on Saturday and two goals on Sunday in Tulsa's two losses to the Missouri Mavericks.
Clarke, 25, finished the season second among all first-year players with 64 points (29-35=64) and was tied for first among all rookies with eight power play goals.
