Kearney, NE. - The Tri-City Storm has announced is 30-man roster for the six game 2019-2020 preseason. Tri-City will battle in state rival Lincoln to open the preseason this Saturday at the Viaero Center. Puck drop for Saturday's game is scheduled for 7:05pm, and the game will be free to attend. Following the six-game preseason schedule, Tri-City will announce its 23-man roster prior to the opening game of the season against the Waterloo Black Hawks in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania at the 2019 DICK's Sporting Goods Fall Classic on September 26th.
Thirteen returning players (Ten forwards, three defenseman) are listed on the Storm's 30-man roster for this upcoming preseason. Last season, twenty-one players from the Storm's initial 30-man roster went on to capture the organization's 2nd Anderson Cup Championship during one of the most successful seasons of any team in the nearly forty-year history of the USHL. Puck drop for both home preseason games at the Viaero Center is scheduled for 7:05pm.
