
Trax welcome season ticket holders and media

[Macon, Ga.]âThe season has gotten underway for the Trax players, but their fans are still waiting to see the boys in action. With the first home game only 10 days away, Trax season tickets holder can meet their player on Tuesday, Nov. 16.
The annual season ticket holders' party will be held at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame beginning 6:30pm. All season ticket holders are invited as well as local media members.
The annual party is the first official gathering of the 2004-05 Macon Trax players for the season ticket holders and media members to meet. Media members may also pick up their season credentials at this event.
The Georgia Sports Hall of Fame is located in downtown Macon at 301 Cherry Street. For directions or further information about the venue call the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame at 478-752-1565 or visit them in the web at www.georgiasportshalloffame.com.
GAME TIME CHANGE: The Trax have changed their game time for Nov. 23 versus the Winston-Salem Polar Twins. Southern Professional Hockey League Game #45 will drop the puck at 7:05pm. Originally the start time was 3:05pm.
The game will be the first of six "Double Cola-Double Tuesdays." Fans are encouraged to drink Double Cola to get free Trax tickets. All fans can go to their local grocery store to pick up a Double Cola or Ski soft drink for special savings. Bring the beverage to the Trax office to redeem your empty can for special 2-for-1 ticket specials.
This weekend the Trax will travel to Asheville for the first time ever. The Aces and Trax will face off Friday, Nov. 12 at the Asheville Civic Center at 7:30pm. Saturday night Macon will return to face Huntsville for an 8:30pm face off. All games can be heard on Talk Radio 1670 WMWR, with pre-game starting 15 minutes before face off. Make sure to reserve your season tickets and single game tickets for the 2004-05 season. The Trax open their home schedule on November 20 against the Columbus Cottonmouths. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Trax office at (478) 742-4849. Season tickets start as low as $99 and single game tickets are only $6.
