
Trax to be at the Mall and Georgia National Fair

[Macon, Ga.] â The Macon Trax will be very busy this coming week as they get out into the community. The entire organization will be at the Colonial Mall Macon and Georgia National Fair in Perry, Ga. over the next week.
The Trax front office staff, along with the Trax mascot, will be at the Community Fair at the Colonial Mall Macon on Saturday, October 4, from 10am - 4pm. Stop by to pick up season and group ticket information. The Trax will also have their schedule available for all fans to take with them.
The Trax continue their big week when they take part in the Georgia National Fair in Perry. The fair begins Friday, October 3, and runs through Sunday, October 12.
Stop by the Trax booth at the Fair to meet some of the Trax players and staff. Center Bobby Clouston, Forward David Deeves, Goalie Geoff Faulkner, Defenseman Steve Howard, Forward Steve Zoryk, General Manager Joe Suk and Broadcaster Adam Minnick are scheduled to make appearances throughout the week.
In addition to ticket information and schedules, the Trax will have merchandise available to purchase. The Trax have new t-shirts, golf shirts, and hats that will help Trax fans suit up for the season.
The Trax open the season on the road in Lakeland versus the Loggerheads on November 6th. The Trax home opener is November 22nd when they will take on the Alabama Slammers. The Trax will also face the Jacksonville Barracudas, Miami Manatees, and Orlando Seals in the 2003 â 2004 inaugural season of the World Hockey Association 2 (WHA2).
