Trax announce refund policy for March 11 game

[Macon, Ga.]—Any ticket holders to the Macon Trax game that was not played on March 11 will be offered alternate tickets to a future game. The March 11 tickets read Miami Manatees versus Macon Trax.

All season ticket holders can exchange their unused ticket for a future Macon Trax home game in the 2003-04 regular season or any playoff game. For anyone who bought a single game ticket to the March 11 game, those people can exchange their ticket for any future 2003-04 regular season home game.

"I sincerely apologize to all our fans for the game that was not played." said Trax General Manager Joe Suk, "This was a situation beyond the Trax control, and we hope anyone who had a ticket to last night's game will come back and see another game.

The Macon Trax were awarded the win due to forfeit for the Thursday night game. The Trax continue to strive towards the playoffs in the WHA2. Currently they are just a few percentage points behind the Orlando Seals for the fourth and final playoff spot.

The Macon Trax have seven home games remaining, including the Friday, March 12 game, featuring special St. Patrick's Jerseys courtesy of Artic Construction. Tickets can be exchanged for the following dates:

Friday, March 12 vs. Jacksonville-7:35 pm

Sunday, March 14 vs. Alabama-4:05 pm

Thursday, March 18 vs. Orlando-7:35 pm

Friday, March 26 vs. Alabama-7:35 pm

Saturday, March 27 vs. Orlando-7:35 pm

Friday, April 2, vs. Orlando-7:35 pm

Saturday, April 3, vs. Lakeland-7:35 pm

Playoffs-TBA

Season tickets for the 2004-05 are now on sale. The Trax are offering early bird specials to all current season ticket holders as well as any new season ticket holders. Stop by the Trax office or call 478-742-4849 ext. 1 and talk to Heather Swartz for more information.
