
Trashers defeat Quad City in opening playoff round

DANBURY, CT-The Danbury Trashers, proud members of the United Hockey League (UHL), defeated the Quad City Mallards 6-4 on Tuesday night to win their opening round series in seven games and have advanced to the semifinal round to face the Muskegon Fury. Friday and Saturday's games will start at 7:30pm at the L.C. Walker Arena in Muskegon, while the Trashers will host Muskegon on May 10th and 12th, with game five on the 13th if necessary. Following is a schedule of the Danbury/Muskegon series:
