Training Camp Roster Announced, D Chase Ryan Signed

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and San Jose Sharks, announced their 2010-11 preseason training camp will open with 21 skaters and two goaltenders on the roster.

The Thunder training camp currently consists of eight returning players from last year's team that advanced to the National Conference Final for the first time, the deepest playoff run in Thunder history.

There are eight players signed by the Thunder who have attended or are currently attending training camps in the American Hockey League on tryout agreements:

(D) Anthony Aiello (Oklahoma City Barons)

(LW) Jordan Cyr (Worcester Sharks)

(C) Chris D'Alvise (Worcester Sharks)

(LW) Scott Howes (Oklahoma City Barons)

(LW) Garet Hunt (Worcester Sharks)

(RW) Matt Jones (Worcester Sharks)

(LW) Jason Pitton (Manitoba Moose)

(D) Steve Vanoosten (Oklahoma City Barons)

Additionally, there are six players with experience in a Thunder uniform from last season's playoff roster who are currently attending camps in the American Hockey League and/or have attended camps in the National Hockey League:
