Toronto FC Announce 2013 Preseason Plans

Toronto FC announced Thursday that the club will open training camp on Saturday, January 19, 2013. The team will return to Orlando, Florida for the majority of their preseason to take part in the Walt Disney World Pro Soccer Classic tournament for a fourth consecutive year.
The ESPN Wide World of Sports complex will host the tournament, running from February 9 to 23, 2013. Toronto FC will play its opening tournament match on Saturday, February 9, with three more to follow on February 13, February 16, and February 23. The club will also hold all training sessions at the facility throughout its stay in Orlando.
"We're pleased that we will be returning to Orlando and Disney for Toronto FC's 2013 preseason," said Toronto FC Head Coach and Director of Soccer Operations Paul Mariner. "The world-class facilities, soccer pitches, accommodations and people made our decision an easy one. We are looking forward to spending the majority of our preseason and training time in Orlando."
