"Gabriel is a player that our USL League Two coaches were privileged to work with every day, and whom I also wanted to get the opportunity to work with," Tormenta FC Head Coach Ian Cameron said. "He embodies all the human qualities that you want to see in a player, and that transmits to a very intelligent athlete on the field.

"The modern game necessitates midfielders who are full of action both with and against the ball. That's Cabral. He's locked in at all times, and we can't wait for him to continue to represent our club in the next few years."

"I want to help the team and community in whatever way I can. I want to help the club win the USL League One championship."
