STATESBORO, Ga. - South Georgia Tormenta FC has announced the addition of forward Ryan Sierakowski to its 2022 USL League One roster, pending league and federation approval. The forward adds versatility and League One experience after spending time with Forward Madison FC and New England Revolution II previously.

"Since losing Arthur Bosua early in the season, the squad has been dependent on Kazaiah's availability in the striker role." Ian Cameron commented. "At different times, we've had to employ false nines and be creative, but our staff like the balance strikers bring, and adding one has been on our mind for a while. We just haven't found one we really liked. However, when Ryan became available, we knew this was the right fit for us, and this move strengthens our squad at a pivotal juncture in the season. We have a great group of boys here at Tormenta FC who will welcome him in and get him up to speed on how our club operates on and off the field."

Sierakowski was selected 23rd in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft by the Portland Timbers. Sierakowski signed with the Portland Timbers 2 in March of 2019. From there, Sierakowski signed with Real Monarchs in 2020. Sierakowski also spent time with the New England Revolution II and Forward Madison FC of USL League One.

Collegiately, Sierakowski starred at Michigan State University, where he started 82 games and set the program record for most career points with 33 goals and 16 assists. Sierakowski totaled 7,184 minutes at Michigan State.

Tormenta FC is excited for a historic 2022 as it transitions from Erk Russell Park to Tormenta Stadium. Supporters can purchase Flex Ticket packages to guarantee their presence at all remaining home matches this season.
