Tampa, Fla. - Tonight's game, vs. the Bradenton Marauders, has been postponed due to heavy rain and the forecast of rain to continue throughout the night. There will be a doubleheader scheduled for Sunday, August 2nd when the two teams meet again at George M. Steinbrenner Field. The first game will start at 11:00AM (gates open at 10:00AM). The second game is scheduled to start 30 minutes after the end of the first game. Both games will be seven inning contests.
Every Sunday home game with the Tampa Yankees, fans can purchase a Sonny's BBQ 2-Pack for $20 which includes two reserved tickets, two Sonny's BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, two sides of macaroni and cheese, two sodas and two passes to The Florida Aquarium. Seniors over 55 can get a free hot dog, popcorn and soda or juice with the purchase of a reserved ticket.
Tickets from tonight's rainout can be redeemed at the George M. Steinbrenner Field box office, for any remaining Tampa Yankees' regular season home game.
