Tobs Partner with Zaxby's for Youth Baseball Night

WILSON, N.C. - The Wilson Tobs are pleased to announce a new partnership with Zaxby's in an effort to support youth baseball in Wilson County. As part of the partnership, Zaxby's will sponsor Youth Baseball Night when the Tobs host the Lexington County Blowfish on Wednesday, June 17.

Tobs' players will make two separate appearances at Zaxby's where fans and youth baseball players can get autographs and take pictures with their favorite Tobs. All Wilson County youth baseball players who wear their uniform will receive free admission and get to run out on the field with Tobs players during opening ceremonies.

"We're especially excited to bring this event back after a short absence," Tobs general manager Thomas Webb said. "Our goal is to grow the game baseball with young people while helping local businesses grow at the same time. Having Zaxby's on board with the Tobs provides us a great opportunity to do just that.

Dates and times still of the appearances are to be determined at later date.

The Tobs' Opening Night is set for Sunday, May 24 against the Fuquay-Varina Twins with postgame fireworks presented by Thomas & Farris. For tickets call (252)-291-8627.
