The Gents in Gold had a field day in Houston outscoring the SaberCats 49 - 11. The highest point total in the MLR this season. With five different Gold members scoring Try's and a hat trick from Player of the Week Tristan Blewett. RUNY and Toronto had a very heated match with New York walking away victorious. The game-winning try also served as their fourth of the match giving them a much needed bonus point to keep them in third in the standings. Austin Elite gave the defending champions Seawolves a serious run for their money this weekend. Entering halftime, the match was held at 17 all, but Seattle pulled away in the second half finishing up 29 - 17. For the second time this season, and only the second time in MLR history, there was another draw. Glendale once again walked away with a draw against the San Diego Legion who scored in the final seconds to narrowly escape a loss.
Next Game: Austin Elite Rugby vs NOLA Gold The NOLA Gold makes their triumphant return home this weekend to take on Austin Elite Rugby. In what should be another weekend of high octane, professional rugby game; The boys are itching to get back out in front of their fans. Come welcome them back to town when they take the pitch at 2 p.m. this Saturday, March 23.

If you are travelling to Gold Stadium from the Eastbank this Saturday, take the Bus from Finn McCool's Irish Pub in Mid City.
The fan-organized bus will be taking off from Finn McCool's and heading to the NOLA Gold game at 12:30 p.m. It will make the return trip at the conclusion of the match. Tickets are just $10.
