
Tiger-Cats Swap Receivers with Stampeders

HAMILTON - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have completed a trade with the Calgary Stampeders, acquiring non-import receiver Spencer Armstrong in exchange for non-import receiver Simon Charbonneau-Campeau .
Armstrong, a 6-1, 185-pound native of Toronto, Ontario, finished the 2013 season on the Stampeders practice roster after suiting up for one game. He was selected by Calgary in the fourth round (28th overall) of the 2009 CFL Draft and joined the Stamps in August of 2013 following the completion of his service commitment with the U.S. Air Force.
In four seasons at Air Force, Armstrong caught 18 passes for 320 yards and three touchdowns while adding a total of 118 rushing yards and a touchdown.
