
Tiger-Cats send Donnavan Carter to the nation's capital

Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has dealt non-import linebacker Donnavan Carter to the Ottawa Renegades in exchange for Ottawa's fourth round selection in the 2006 CFL Canadian College Draft.
The Ticats now hold seven selections in the 2006 Draft, including their own pick in the first five rounds as well as Ottawa's second and fourth round choices.
The Ticats' (2-10) next game takes place on September 30th when the Edmonton Eskimos (8-5) travel to Ivor Wynne Stadium. The game will be broadcasted live on AM 900 CHML.
