Tickets to SD Loyal Preseason Matches on Sale Now

San Diego, CA - Tickets to SD Loyal preseason matches against Major League Soccer's Vancouver Whitecaps FC and LIGA MX's Club Tijuana Xolos are now on sale.

SD Loyal is set to host Vancouver Saturday, Feb. 12 (7 p.m.) and Club Tijuana Xolos on Saturday Feb. 19 (7 p.m.). The pair of friendlies will be played at Torero Stadium at USD. Tickets start at just $15. To purchase, visit sdloyal.com/singletickets.

This will be the first time SD Loyal faces the Whitecaps, a club that is coming off a playoff appearance in 2021. Vancouver is preparing for its upcoming 2022 MLS season, training in the Los Angeles area.

SD Loyal will host Club Tijuana Xolos for the second time for another regional match. Coach Landon Donovan's squad played to a 1-0 loss July 10, 2021 at Torero Stadium. It was the first of what could become a regional friendly that serves and represents the San Diego-Tijuana region.

The clash of border teams pairs SD Loyal against Xolos of Mexico's top-flight league, Liga MX. SD Loyal is preparing for its third season in the USL Championship while Xolos has begun its LIGA MX Grita Mexico 2022 Clausura season.

Club Tijuana was founded in 2007 as a second division team and earned promotion to the top league in 2011. It won a Mexican league title in 2012.

SD Loyal kicks off the 2022 USL Championship season Saturday, March 12 at home against LA Galaxy II (7 p.m.) at Torero Stadium. 2022 Season Ticket Memberships Half Season Ticket Memberships and Group Tickets are on sale now.
