Tickets still available for Destroyers season opener

Columbus Destroyers News Release
COLUMBUS, OH – The Arena Football League’s Columbus Destroyers announced today that 2,000 seats still remain for the club’s season opener versus the Nashville Kats on Friday night. Under the direction of first-year Head Coach Chris Spielman, the Destroyers kick off their second season in Columbus this Friday, January 28 at Nationwide Arena. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.
Individual game tickets may be purchased at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at (614) 431-3600. Tickets are also available at the Blue Jackets Zones located at Chiller Dublin, Chiller Easton and Chiller North. All tickets are subject to service charges and facility fees.

Tackle Hunger
The Destroyers are partnering with the Mid-Ohio FoodBank this season to TACKLE HUNGER in the Columbus community. Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to all Destroyers home games for families in need right in our local community. Fans will receive a raffle ticket for each item donated for the chance to win a team signed Columbus Destroyers football before the end of the game.
“The Bombshelter” inside Nationwide Arena
Located under sections 113-116 in Nationwide Arena, The Bombshelter is open to all fans before, during and after the game. Go early for “all-you-can-eat” wings until the 5:00 minute mark of the first quarter for only $10 and enjoy beer specials all night long. Members of the Bombshells Dance Team and Destroyers players will visit after each game.
Post-Game Autograph Session
Following the game, fans are invited down to the field to enjoy the autograph session sponsored by Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services.
