
Tickets Going at a Record Pace

This season is shaping up to be a big one for the Snappers. Individual tickets are being sold at a record pace and the requests keep coming. The Snappers have already sold about six times as many tickets as they did at this point last year.
"The ticket orders have been unbelievable so far," said General Manager Jeff Vohs. "The added excitement of Ryne Sandberg coming to town has definitely helped our cause." Vohs said, jokingly, "Our Ticket Director, Brandon Smith, has been filling ticket orders in his sleep."
Aside from the two big series with the Peoria Chiefs there are plenty of other huge dates this summer. Everything from Bobble Head Giveaways (June 24, July 22, August 12) and Deck Parties (June 7, August 16) to Fireworks Nights (May 19, May 26, June 1, June 9, June 23, June 29, June 30, July 20, July 21, July 27, July 28, August 11, August 17, September 1, September 2) and SnapperPalooza (September 2). As stated earlier and continuing with our countdown, 60 days from now, former Chicago Cub and new Peoria Chiefs' manager, Ryne Sandberg, comes to Beloit! Sandberg and his Chiefs will take on the Snappers on May 19-20 and again June 21-24. Tickets are going fast!!!
Don't forget to purchase your tickets to "Meet the Team Night." This exciting event is set for Tuesday, April 3rd at Central Christian Church, located at 2460 Milwaukee Road in Beloit, and will run from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Adult tickets are $3, children ages 5-14 are $2, and children 4 and under are free. Enjoy a menu full of ballpark food for dinner and then take the time to get to know your 2007 Snappers.
