
Thunderbolts have five more letters of intent

LAKELAND, Fla. â The Lakeland Thunderbolt Franchise and Coach Garrett Hagin announced today the signing of five new players.
Committing to letters of intent are, Ronald E. Pou Jr., Myqual Spann, Chris Geter, and Jason Geter and Freddy Pesqueira.
Ronald is a graduate of Williamston High School in North Carolina, Georgia Military College, and East Carolina University. He played one season with Wichita Stealth of the AF2 league in Wichita Kansas. He plays offense and defense as a Fullback and a Linebacker.
Myqual Spann is a 6'4" and 270 lbs. Intense Football League All Star. He was ranked 3rd for sack leaders in the league. He scored the El Paso Rumble 8 touchdowns and 2 interceptions all in one season. He plays Wide Receiver, Defensive End, Field Goal Snapper, Linebacker, and Fullback.
Chris Geter is a graduate of Burns High School and Elon University. In high school he won Most Valuable Player, Best Receiver Award, Best Defensive Back Award, Channel 6 Player of the Week, and Most Improved Award. In college he won Best Defensive Back, and Best Special Teams Player.
Jason Geter is a 6'3" 315 lbs. graduate of Burns High School where he was All Conference 1st Team Defensive Lineman for two years and played the Shrine Bowl in 1998. He was a 2000 Blue Chip Player for Georgia Military College. He was also an All SAC Conference Player and Cactus Bowl Nominee at Carson Newman College. He attended training camp for the Carolina Cobras and started all games DE/OG for the Macon Knights.
Also joining the Lakeland ThunderBolts is Freddy Pesqueira a Linebacker and Defensive End. He is from Kennesaw, Georgia and went to North Cobb High School in Kennesaw. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. He played from 1999-2000 and won two national championships, and four conference championships. He was a four -time All-American, and four- time All Conference member. He was voted Defensive Player of the Year for Southern Conference in 2001. In 2002 he signed with the Montreal Allouettes.
