Thunderbolts Receive Proclamation

Lakeland ThunderBolts News Release
On June 11th the Polk County Board of County Commissioners presented the Lakeland Thunderbolts with a Proclamation declaring July 11th 2007 LAKELAND THUNDERBOLTS DAY. Head Coach Teddy Keaton, General Manager Bennie King and Marketing Director Christina Moore were on hand to receive the declaration.
On July 16th the Thunderbolts will receive another proclamation from the City of Lakeland. The Lakeland Thunderbolts were crowned the 2007 AIFA Champions after defeating the Reading Express 54-49 in Florence South Carolina.
