ThunderBolts Fan Fest On Thursday

Crestwood, IL - The Windy City ThunderBolts will be having the team's second annual FanFest on Thursday, May 10 from 6:00-9:00pm at Georgios Comfort Inn in Orland Park. The evening will be filled with many activities that will give fans a fun preview of the season and also let them meet manager Andy Haines and new ThunderBolts players.

Fans will be entertained by national anthem tryouts and a question & answer session with Haines & O'Reilly. In-game promotions for 2007 will also make their debuts. Kids can get pitching and batting tips during mini clinic sessions with players and also enjoy the inflatable games. There will be plenty of chances for autographs at the autograph table.

The FanFest will feature new ThunderBolts merchandise, a prize raffle, and food samples. There will also be a cash bar for beer and soda. Fans are encouraged to stop in for an hour or so to get a taste of the upcoming season. Tickets for the FanFest are $2.00 per person or $5.00 for families of three or more. Fans can order tickets in advance by calling 708-489-2255 or purchase them at the door. Georgios Comfort Inn is located at 8800 W. 159th St. in Orland Park and can be reached at 708-403-1100.
