
Thunder to play first exhibition game

Concord, NC. Tony Priscaro, GM of the ABA Carolina Thunder today announced that the professional basketball team, scheduled to begin play later this month, will play its first exhibition game against Livingstone College on Saturday, November 6th at 6PM. The game will be played at Concord HIgh School. Tickets will be priced at $3 advance for students and $5 advance for adults. Tickets at the gate with be $5.
According to Priscaro, "Coach Rowsom has put together a terrific squad, some really outstanding talent. They've looked good in practice - and now fans will get a chance to see them under game conditions. The players are excited and we think the fans will be too. We hope we have a large turnout."
