Three Orlando Predators Named to AFL All-Arena Squads

Orlando - The Orlando Predators are proud to announce that three players have been named to this year's All-Arena squad. Defensive backs Rayshaun Kizer and Kenny McEntyre was named on the first team, while kicker Carlos Martinez was awarded second team honors.

Rayshaun Kizer was a revelation in his rookie season. Kizer's league leading 12 interceptions set a new team record. He added 67.0 tackles, 23 pass break-ups, and three fumble recoveries this season. Kizer was named the NiFTy TV Playmaker of the Week for Week 6 after his three interception performance against the Dallas Vigilantes.

Kenny McEntyre proved once again why he is bound for the Arena Football Hall of Fame with 10 interceptions this season, one shy of his career high of 11. The three-time AFL Defensive Player of the Year now has 91 interceptions in his 12 year career, 41 more than anyone else in league history.

Carlos Martinez was one of the most consistent kickers in the league all season, connecting on 104 extra points in 114 attempts, both Predators records. Martinez also set a new Predators record for longest field goal with his 54-yard blast against the Tampa Bay Storm on May 28th. Following the conclusion of the season, Martinez signed with the UFL's Florida Tuskers, coached by former Predators head coach Jay Gruden.
