There Won't Be A Better Game This Season Until the Playoffs
May 11, 2005 - National Indoor Football League (NIFL)
RiverCity Rage News Release
Dayton is lead by former Ohio State star quarterback Steve Bellisari who spent time with the Rams, as well as running back Pepe Pearson who was in camp with the San Francisco 49ers. Former 1st team All Big 10 Linebacker, Joe Cooper from Ohio State who also played for the Jets and Rams heads up their defense.
Of course we counter with Scott Pingel, the league record holder at wide receiver who played at Westminster College and was a signee of the Buffalo Bills. Two former Illini stars and three year starters in Joe Bevis and Terrell Washington the latter of whom wore the uniform of the Houston Texans are crucial to our success, as is former Mizzou 2nd team All Big 12 Safety Clarence Jones. Of course, who could forget Moses Regular, the Missouri Valley star who has been with several NFL teams including the Rams.
We need your help in getting out to the game and giving us your support. Tell your friends and encourage them to go to the game. I guarantee you that no one will want to miss this game. It will be a great chance to see some fine indoor football; football-up close and personal.
