After the RailRiders battled back from a 3-0 deficit to win game one 4-3, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs look to even the series at 6:35 p.m.
PITCHING MATCHUP
IL ERA leader Enyel De Los Santos takes the ball for Lehigh Valley. The RailRiders will send Chance Adams to the mound. With an IL best 0.84 ERA, De Los Santos goes for his team leading fifth win. In six starts, De Los Santos has yet to allow more than one earned run in a start. A top 100 prospect, Adams is making his third start of the year against the IronPigs. Adams is 0-2 with a 5.67 ERA this season and is 0-1 against the Pigs.
LAST GAME
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders resumed the Iron Rail Rivalry on Tuesday night at PNC Field. After rallying back from a 3-0 deficit, the RailRiders completed the comeback with a walk-off walk by Vince Conde to win 4-3.
Drew Anderson returned to the mound after missing the first six weeks of the season with a forearm strain. Anderson was perfect through the first four frames, including two strikeouts. He went 4 2/3 in his 2018 debut and allowed three runs but did not earn a decision. Click here for a full recap.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The Pigs lead the season series with the RailRiders 4-3, including a 3-0 home record.
The two teams last met in April at Coca-Cola Park. The Pigs swept their IL rival including a double-header sweep to wrap up the series.
NEXT WEEK AT COCA-COLA PARK
The Pigs return home Monday night for a four-game series against IL North opponent Rochester.
