Anchorage Wolverines News Release
Four straight days of Anchorage Wolverines hockey?! Yes please!
The first round of the NAHL showcase started today, with an early morning puck drop for your Anchorage Wolverines.
Today at 8:15am the Anchorage Wolverines faced off against an all new team in the East Division, the Rochester Jr. Americans.
Following today's game: three more days of jam packed hockey! See our FULL schedule below (all times are in AKST):
- Wednesday, Sept. 13th @ 8:15am vs. Rochester Jr. Americans
- Thursday, Sept. 14th @ 2:40pm vs. New Mexico Ice Wolves
- Friday, Sept. 15th @ 11:15am vs. New Hampshire Mountain Kings
- Saturday, Sept. 16th @ 2:15pm vs. North Iowa Bulls
None of the teams the Anchorage Wolverines will be playing are from our division (Midwest), meaning this may be the only time they face each other on the ice.
The Bulls play in the Central Division, Mountain Kings, along with the Jr. Americans, reside in the East division, and The Ice Wolves are in the South division.
It's going to be back-to-back hockey, and even better - ANCHORAGE WOLVERINES HOCKEY. Be sure to sign up for NAHLtv so you can watch the team dominate in Minnesota.
Your boys will continue their road trip until September 24th, when they finally get to come back to RAGE CITY and prepare for our home opener on October 6th!
