The Future of the Machine...
May 27, 2008 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL)
Chicago Machine News Release
Tune in to ESPNU at 7:30 (CT) Wednesday evening and witness the future of the Chicago Machine. For a second consecutive season, the Machine own the first overall pick. In 2007 they selected Pat Heim, who earned Major League Lacrosse All-Star honors in his rookie season. This year the collegiate draft pool holds the strongest wave of talent the league has seen in several years and the Machine are poised to select another future star. Will it be John Hopkins' super-athlete Paul Rabil? Duke scoring machine Matt Danowski? Or perhaps Syracuse attackman and newly crowned national champion Mike Leveille?
