WINDSOR, Colo. - After a week off, Forward Madison FC will be the first team to venture into Canvas Stadium to take on Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC at their new home-stadium. Forward Madison has picked up 10 points in their last five games, including a 3-2 win over the second-place Greenville Triumph SC.

Two to watch for Madison are Michael Maldonado and Jeremiah Streng. Maldonado is amongst the best in the league in chances created with 25, and he has 22 key passes for his side this season. Meanwhile Streng is the team's leading goal-scorer with four.

Phil Breno has started 12 of the clubs' 13 league games this season for Madison between the sticks. In those 12 games he has made 31 saves, good enough for 3rd most in the league. He has also managed to keep one clean sheet and make 11 clearances.

Northern Colorado has seen Marky Hernández break onto the scene in recent weeks. In Week 13 he came off the bench in both matches to grab assists and an unassisted goal that landed him on USL League One Team of the Week. It also landed him in the starting lineup in the previous match against his former club, Chattanooga Red Wolves SC.

Keeper Thomas Olsen has started the last three games in goal for the Hailstorm. In those three matches the club has picked up six points, all coming at home. Olsen stood strong last time out against Chattanooga making four saves in the 2-1 victory.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. MDT at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins, Colorado. Expect the temperature to be in the 80s at kickoff with overcast skies. The game, as with all USL League One games this season, will be broadcast on ESPN+.

Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC will play its home matches in the 6,500-seat TicketSmarter Stadium at the Future Legends Complex, the premier destination for sports and events in Northern Colorado. Tickets for home matches in the month of July are now available online. Home matches in July will be played at Colorado State University's Canvas Stadium.

Opening in 2022, the 118-acre Future Legends Complex will feature two stadiums, multiple baseball diamonds and multi-purpose fields, an indoor sports arena, lodging, and retail; and will host guests for major sports tournaments, events, leagues, and more.
