LAST NIGHT: For the third-straight game, the Tarpons got a quality start from a starting pitcher while the offense put up double-digit hits, but the Blue Jays struck for five runs off the bullpen and evened the series with a 7-5 walk-off win on Friday night...RHP Rony Garcia made a quality start (6.0IP, 4H, 2ER, 0BB, 5K, 79P/50S)...Angel Aguilar (2-for-3, BB, R), Keith Skinner (2-for-3, 3B, BB, RBI, 2R), Diego Castillo (2-for-5, R) and Brandon Wagner (2-for-5, RBI) had multi-hit games...Estevan Florial (1-for-5, 2RBI) and Isiah Gilliam (1-for-3, BB, Sac-F, RBI) also drove in runs...LHP Trevor Lane (BS, 4) allowed 3ER in 2.0IP (4H, 0BB, 1K, HR)...RHP Matt Frawley (L, 0-5) allowed a two-run HR in the 9th (0.1IP, 1H, 2ER, 1BB, 1K).

GLEYBER DAY: Today, the New York Yankees assigned INF Gleyber Torres to the Tampa Tarpons to begin a Minor League Rehab Assignment. Torres has been sidelined with a right groin strain since July 5th, forcing him to miss playing in the 2018 MLB All-Star Game in Washington D.C. The 21-year-old made his Yankees oranizational debut with High-A Tampa in 2016, batting .254 (31-for-122) with 19R, 6 doubles, 2 triples, 2HR, 19RBI and 16BB in 31 games with the T-Yanks after being acquired from the Chicago Cubs. Torres is expected to rejoin the Yankees on Wednesday.

AGUILAR HEATING UP: After adding two more hits on Friday, Angel Aguilar has now hit safely in eight-straight games. The 23-year-old has climbed back over the Mendoza line by batting .375 (12-for-32) with 7RBI over his last eight games.

VS. DUNEDIN: Tonight will be the 15th and final regular season game scheduled between the Tampa Tarpons and Dunedin Blue Jays. The season-series is tied, 7-7. Tampa is 4-3 at Dunedin Stadium. In 11 games against the Blue Jays, Angel Aguilar is batting .317 (13-for-41) with 6R, 5 doubles, 1 triple, 1HR, 9RBI, 1BB and 1SB.

FLORIAL RETURNS: Estevan Florial began a rehab assignment in the Gulf Coast League on 7/5. On Tuesday, the 20-year-old played in his final rehab game, going 4-for-4 (3B, 2B, R) and, for the second-straight game played CF for all nine innings. Florial is hit .548 (17-for-31) with 10R, 3HR, 1 3B, 3 2B's, 4BB, 8RBI and 5B in nine rehab games. The Dominican Republic native was placed on the DL on May 18th after requiring hamate surgery in his right hand. Florial returned to the Tarpons from his assignment and was activated off the DL on Thursday.

STRIKEOUT KINGS: Nick Nelson (5K), Trevor Lane (3K), Matt Frawley (2K) and Andrew Schwaab (1K) combined for 11 strikeouts on Tuesday. Tampa pitchers have tallied double-digit strikeouts in 44 games this season, with the Tarpons going 25-19 in such games. Tampa, by far, leads the Florida State League in strikeouts, totaling 935K entering today. That is 93K more than the team ranked second (Clearwater - 835K). Tampa is averaging 9.54 K-per-game and is on pace for 1,336K, which would crush its own FSL single-season strikeout record set last season with 1,215K.

BABY BOMBERS: The Tarpons currently lead the league with 80 home runs. No other team has more than 71.

10-WIN CLUB: RHP Adonis Rosa became the second pitcher to reach 10 wins in the Florida State League on Wednesday, joining Daytona RHP Scott Moss (10-3). Also of note, Rosa is now 8-0 with a 2.35 ERA in 11 road games (nine starts).

FOR STARTERS: LHP Dalton Lehnen (0-1, 2.45) will make his fourth start with Tampa...Last time out, tossed a career-high 101 pitches (53 strikes) and took the loss vs. Dunedin on 7/15 (5.0IP, 5H, 2R/1ER, 4BB, 3K, 2WP)...Began the season with Single-A Charleston, going 6-3 with a 2.67 ERA (70.2IP, 59H, 23R/21ER, 3HR, 3HB, 24BB, 73K) in 13 games (11 starts).

VS. DUNEDIN: Since joining the Tarpons, Lehnen has made two of his three starts against the Blue Jays, going 0-1 with a 2.79 ERA (9.2IP, 11H, 4R/3ER, 8BB, 7K, 1HR). Lehnen made his Tarpons debut at Dunedin Stadium on 7/3, taking a no-decision (4.2IP, 6H, 2ER, 4BB, 4K, HR, 90P/49S).

2017: In his professional debut, combined with the GCL Yankees West and Rookie-level Pulaski to go 2-0 with a 4.05 ERA (33.1IP, 40H, 20R/15ER, 9BB, 43K, 3HR) in 11 games (10 starts).

Personal: 22-years-old, 6-3, 222 - Burnsville, Minnesota...Selected by the Yankees in the sixth round in 2017 out of Augustana University...In his only season at Augustana University (S. Dak.), went 3-3 with a 2.60 ERA (52.0IP, 15ER) and 61K in 11 games (10 starts)...prior to transferring to Augustana, attended the University of Cincinnati for two years.
