T-BIRDS ACQUIRE DORRIN LUDING FROM SILVERTIPS

KENT, November 24, 2017 - Seattle Thunderbirds general manager Russ Farwell today announced the team has acquired goalie Dorrin Luding from the Everett Silvertips for a ninth-round selection in the 2018 Bantam Draft.

Luding has played 11 games for the Silvertips this season and has a 3-6-0-0 record with a .891 save percentage and a 3.24 goals against average.

The T-Birds are in Victoria for two games against the Royals this weekend. They play tonight and Saturday at 7:05pm. Luding, who is from Prince George, British Columbia, will join the team in Victoria.

The T-Birds next home game is Saturday, December 2, against the Kamloops Blazers at 6:05pm at accesso ShoWare Center.

T-Birds single game tickets for the 2017-18 season are currently on sale online on the T-Birds website and at the accesso ShoWare Center box office.
