
Switchbacks FC Sign Cam Lindley for 2022 Season

Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC announced today that the club has signed Cameron Lindley, pending USL Championship and USSF approval.
"I am super excited to be joining Switchbacks FC," said Lindley. "I'm excited to work with the staff and the players on a day to day basis & fight for trophies. I'm also looking forward to playing in front the amazing fans that pack Weidner Field!"
Lindley, 24, made his professional debut with Orlando City SC of Major League Soccer in 2018. In the USL Championship, he has played for Memphis 901 FC as well as Indy Eleven. He was signed to San Antonio FC for the 2021 season.
"Cam is a player that we have followed since his time at North Carolina. He is technical, covers a ton of ground, and is a good teammate," said Head Coach Brendan Burke. "He has had good experiences at a few different clubs at the professional level, and we feel that he is ready to make the next big step in his career. The Switchbacks made a statement last year with our intent to dominate the ball and create chances consistently, Cam will no doubt help us grow that identity."
