
Swarm Acquires Second Round Draft Pick From Philadelphia W ings

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Minnesota Swarm general manager Marty O'Neill announced today that the National Lacrosse League (NLL) team has acquired a second round pick in the 2006 NLL Entry Draft from the Philadelphia Wings in exchange for defenseman Brock Robertson.
Robertson was acquired by Minnesota earlier today from the Portland LumberJax in exchange for defensemen Ray Guze, Mike Leong and Andrew Martin.
Guze, 30 (6/8/75), tallied one assist, 35 penalty minutes and 29 loose balls in 11 contests with the Swarm last year. Leong was selected by Minnesota in the sixth round (59th overall) of the 2005 NLL Entry Draft. Martin, 28 (8/23/77), notched eight points (2-6=8) and 54 loose balls in 10 games with Minnesota last season.
