
Surf Lose Opener to Pride

The Nashua Pride defeated the Atlantic City Surf 10-5 Thursday night at Holman Stadium in the opener for both clubs. The Pride was led by Curtis Pride who slugged a three-run homer for Nashua.
Atlantic City got home runs from Ric Johnson, Jimmy Gonzalez and Brandon Jackson. Poor defense hurt Atlantic City as the Surf committed four errors. The two teams resume the four-game series tonight at 7:05 p.m. with southpaw Andy High on the mound for Atlantic City.
