Suns Drop Two in Lexington, Legends Pitching Dominant

Hagerstown, MD - The Hagerstown Suns (62-43/20-17) could not get their offense going against the Lexington Legends (58-47/19-17), losing the completion of Friday's suspended game, 8-1, and then were shutout, 2-0, in the second game at Whitaker Bank Park on Saturday night.

Legends' reliever Even Grills (4-1) earned the win out of the bullpen in game one, delivering four scoreless innings allowing just one hit. In game two, starter Luis Ordosgoitti (4-3) allowed just two first inning hits en route to the victory. He struck out seven batters over six innings, while Mourillo Gouvea (4) earned the save with a perfect ninth inning. First Baseman Zack Johnson was the offensive standout, going 2-for-2 with a pair of home runs and five RBIs in game one.

Both starters for the Suns, Brian Rauh (0-1) and Taylor Hill (9-6), suffered losses.
