The Suns start off August with a five game series starting Monday night! The Birmingham Barons roll into the Baseball Grounds to face the Suns August 2-6!

The series begins Monday night, August 2, with Nassau County Night and a Belly Buster Monday! For just $20, get a Homeplate Box seat plus all-you-can-eat hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, ice cream treats and soft drinks from 6-8pm! The Suns will honor Nassau County Commisioners and Sheriff T.L. "Tommy" Seagraves in a pre-game ceremony, and don't miss a pre-game softball game between the Nassau County Sheriff's Department and the Setting Suns! Plus stop by area businesses all across Nassau County for special ticket offers, presented by 100.7 Country Legends.

Wednesday, August 4, is Camp Day along with the return of the Suns' Businessperson Special! Kids' summer camps are invited to attend this 1:05pm matinee! Plus, $14.50 gets a Homeplate Box seat, large hot dog and large drink of choice, sponsored by Quench and 1010XL. Be sure to catch 1010XL's Mike Dempsey and get great fantasy football advice as he broadcasts live from the ballpark! Kids can show their JTA youth summer pass for a free general admission ticket.

Thursday night come out for another Thursday Night Throwdown! Enjoy Buds for a buck and buy-one-get-one cocktails, sponsored by Budweiser, Jim Beam, Absolut, Jagermeister, Buzz Magazine, and Planet Radio 107.3. Plus Orange Park Mitsubishi will be on hand and displaying some of their 2010 models!

The Suns finish the series Friday night with a Championship Remote Control Holder giveaway and the annual Used Car Giveaway Night! Come early as the first 3,000 fans receive a remote control holder modeled after the Suns' 2009 championship ring, courtesy of Comcast. Plus some lucky fans will win used cars, courtesy of Jerry Hamm Chevrolet, Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville and 99.1 WQIK! Smokey Bear and his friends with the Florida Division of Forestry will be making an appearance at Friday night's game to remind everyone to do their part to prevent wildfires. Tickets are $6.50 for general admission, $9.50 for reserved seating and $12.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Group packages and limited sponsorships are still available.
