
Sundogs Waive Derek Legault

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League announced Thursday that they have waived Derek Legault.
Legault, 28, appeared in 36 games with Arizona this season as both a forward and defenseman. The Kirkland, Quebec native recorded one goal, 14 assists, 28 penalty minutes (PIM) and was plus-4.
Arizona (22-25-3) looks to strengthen their hold on the Southern Conference's fifth and final playoff spot this weekend as they host the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs (31-14-3) for two-straight at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley. Friday's game is set for 7:05pm.
